Point of View Orchestra (POVO)
Point of View Orchestra (POVO) is an innovative ensemble that performs a diverse repertoire crossing genres and geographic boundaries. The orchestra adopts an intergenerational approach, with youth, adults, and faculty playing side-by-side, exploring music from rock, folk, classical, and global traditions. This is not your typical ensemble; we will host two concerts followed by dinner in January and June. Instrumentalists and singers interested in joining POVO are required to audition on September 8. Call the Conservatory to schedule an audition.
