Victoria Gasperino ’11, Assistant Town Clerk for the Town of Ridgefield, CT.

I found out about Concordia through my high school guidance counselor. I never thought I would be working in public service when I entered college. I went in thinking I would do something in the business field. I received my business degree and had no idea what to do once I graduated. I decided that I would write a letter to our First Selectman and do an internship. My advice would be to try out anything that interests you. You never know where it will lead you.

My education at Concordia helped prepare me for all the different types of legal documents we deal with, and it has helped me to communicate with people and organize myself so I can work in a manner that suits the office.

I have so many good memories of Concordia. My most memorable would be hanging out with my friends in The Brickyard and just
enjoying being part of the school. I keep in touch with a few people from school, mostly through Facebook. It’s really nice to see what my classmates and friends have been doing. I will always remember how friendly and inviting Concordia has been. I loved my time there and have wonderful memories.
